Winter Tours

Just because it’s cold out doesn’t mean you can’t have fun and be comfortable. Come and enjoy a real Canadian winter with our dogs!

Spend a half day with our awesome dogs as you learn the basics of dog sledding. Our experienced guides will teach you how to harness, hook-up and drive your very own team of sled dogs. Your adventure will be spent mainly outdoors so we recommend wearing several layers of warm clothing, including warm boots, mitts, socks, snow pants and a pair of ski goggles or sunglasses. There is an unheated wind shelter and an outhouse but neither is heated. Feel free to bring along your small camera, but no backpacks on the trail please. We will have time along the trail to stop, take pictures, interact with your team and switch drivers - everyone gets an opportunity to drive their team! When we return, you can warm up inside and have a look at the many trophies and awards won by legendary local musher, Denis Rozon, over his 40 year mushing career. Then enjoy some hot chocolate and hot dogs cooked over an open fire. If you have any dietary issues please advise us ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please disclose any medical issues before your visit. Book your unforgettable experience today!

Summer Tours

(June 15- Oct 15)

Training doesn’t stop when the snow melts.  Many mushers train their dogs year round to keep them in top shape.  We do the same with our touring dogs.

Spend a half day with our dogs as you learn the basics of mushing.  Our experienced guides will teach you how to harness and hook-up a team of sled dogs.  Then enjoy a ride with your family and friends on our custom-made dryland rig.  It fits up to 8 adults per trip.  Take turns at the wheel and catch a glimpse of what the sprint dryland racers experience on our world-class trail during the Bristol Dryland Canadian Championship Dog Race.  We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, good running shoes, a hat and a pair of sunglasses.  Feel free to bring a small camera, but no backpacks on the trail please.  When we return, you can have a look at the many trophies and awards won by legendary local musher Denis Rozon over his 40 year mushing career.  Then enjoy a cold drink and hot dogs cooked over an open fire.
